2. Platform Services

StayNest provides technology that helps guests discover and request accommodation from hosts. The final production terms should clearly define the legal relationship among platform, host and guest.

3. Host Responsibilities

Hosts are responsible for lawful listings, accurate descriptions, required licences, taxes, property safety, house rules, availability and fulfilment of confirmed bookings.

4. Guest Responsibilities

Guests must provide accurate details, respect occupancy limits and house rules, avoid unlawful activity and be responsible for damage where permitted by law.

5. Prices, Fees and Taxes

Prices and applicable fees should be displayed before booking confirmation. Tax handling depends on applicable law and the operating model.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations and refunds are governed by the policy displayed for the listing and the platform's Refund & Cancellation Policy, subject to mandatory consumer rights.

7. Prohibited Conduct

• Fraud or misrepresentation.
• Harassment or discriminatory conduct.
• Security abuse or misuse of personal data.
• Use that violates applicable laws or third-party rights.

8. Reviews

Reviews should reflect genuine experiences and must not contain unlawful, defamatory or misleading content.

9. Intellectual Property

Users retain rights in content they own but grant the platform necessary permissions to host and display listing content for platform operation.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, reasonable liability limitations may apply, while mandatory consumer rights cannot be excluded.

11. Suspension and Termination

Accounts or listings may be suspended or terminated for material breaches, fraud, safety concerns or legal requirements.
